When I call my wife who is also on SMARTY the call does not connect first time but only when I call back the second time. I called the support team and they suggested I manually connect to the SMARTY network rather than use automatic. This seems to have fixed the problem but I will continue to monitor to be sure the problem has be fixed.

@WalterL_2064025 @IainDav_1035367 I suspect they mean that, instead of in Settings allowing your Network Selection to be set on 'Automatic', you stop that permission and then select a network from one of those that the phone detects.
