Throttling speed all the time. Should be locked up for false advertising ( speed ). On top of that... Have to disconnects from internet if not used for 20 minutes. Can't wait to leave

Sorry that it is not working out for you. There are many of us who have a fine service at a very reasonable price.

Are you sure that it's not your device that disconnects if not used for 20mins?

If you really need to , you can get a PAC code quickly and take your number to an alternative network. Do make sure that signal is better where you are before you make the move.
