Activation

Anyone else struggling with this? Bought a sim at sainsburys and scanned QR code, entered all info as asked now can't activate cause smarty wants to send me a new sim. Seems ridiculous as I just bought one. Not sure I'm going to like this company.

SIM not working

I have activated the phone, number has been transferred as per dashboard but SIM is not working. I have undertaken all steps and even tried other phones. No luck. This is quiet frustrating as never had this issue with other SIMs
