Smarty decline since merger
Any one else noticed the decline in data speeds and reliability since the merger. Smarty outages are now lasting days instead of hours, 2 - days now with less than 2Mbs, sometimes drops to 0.5Mbs on 4G - upload speeds are fine at 20Mbs. I used to get 70Mbs download even on 4G+. Three as always says work on going but Smarty only sends you to the community, not sure they have a customer service portal.

I've been with smarty since 2019 never had a problem full signal and speed inside my flat, but since the merger and the above sadly I asked for a Pac code.
i've noticed a serious drop in service the last week or two in newcastle UK. signal constantly dropping out all the time. and its nothing different on my side before they try to claim it is 🙄 signal fine one minute then just drops out - and i haven't moved an inch!
