My son has just got his first phone, I already had a new smarty SIM to use. I want to add this SIM to my group, which I created yesterday. I tried to add that number, but there was no option (only to order a new SIM)? How do we get around this as he's desperate to use his new phone.

I have found this infuriating and just ended up going round in circles. I picked up a SIM in a shop today to add to a group - but every time you try to add the SIM you're just taken down a rabbit hole that ends up with you "ordering" a new SIM from SMARTY - When you already have one sitting in fron of you!!!! Then! Because you've ordered a new SIM for that member - their account is locked until that SIM arrives! What a bloomin' waste of time!
