Does it show in your account dashboard? correct add on purchased e.g. for use in UK?
If problem persists, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check your account.

Add on data will not activate, it was for the UK use. But you donโt make it very clear which one to add with the top ups

We are not Smarty employees - we are forum members like you and just try to assist if we get enough information.
Data Add-ons are on p14 of the Price Guide and seem to be explained clearly.
