Good morning all
If I first activate a new SIM at 12 noon for example, will the plan run to 12 noon the same day of the following month? Or does it expire at midnight the day before?
I've had both with previous providers and was just wondering how Smarty works.

@Kata_3103 Probably best to confirm with Smarty Support via web chat.
Looking at the T&C's: https://sundaecdn.blob.core.windows.net/files/SMARTY-Terms-And-Conditions.pdf
5.21 suggests that the whole day counts as day one regardless of when you buy the plan.

@MSF Thank you for your reply. So that would suggest the monthly plan ends at the end of the previous day. Well, I'll soon find out. I'm travelling tomorrow, have cancelled the renewal of my plan due tomorrow, and I was just wondering if I can still use it in the morning as I first activated the plan in the afternoon.

@Kata_3103 Yes, I do see your point, but I suspect that the system isn't clever enough to cope with what time of day a plan was activated.
Come to that, it's not necessarily in a company's interest either I suppose😉
