Hi. I seem to have bought a 3 day data pass twice. I've been billed twice, and now have two data passes running concurrently, one of which started 1 minute after the first. Is there a way to obtain a refund for one of these passes? any help gratefully recieved.

@5of9 Only a web chat with Smarty Support can resolve this if you explain it in detail to them.

Nothing there that answers my question. I just want the £10 putting back into my bank account.

@stephen_2024386 That is where you start the web chat to request the refund.

I'm sorry to hear about that 2 add ons have been applied to your account.
As helpfully stated previously, our Customer Care team are the best people to resolve this for you.
I understand the help articles won’t be able to assist with processing a refund; however, if you start a chat and ask to "talk to a person", you’ll be directed to a live chat with our Customer Care team.
Our team are available daily from 8am to 8pm at :https://smarty.co.uk/contact.
I hope this helps!

Thanks MSF, should have done this yesterday. Can't be bothered now, and I'll just take the £5 hit, but will be more careful in future. It was my mistake, as I thought the initial payment hadn't gone through, and paid a second time. Should have been more patient. Still surprised that Smarty allow two identical add ons to run concurrently. hey ho.

@5of9 I don't agree - it is worth a few minutes to make your case and try to get the money back.
When you get it, you can give it to a charity 😇 !
I can well see that programming the system to take account of something that probably happens rarely would cost them quite a bit and may lead to more system complications.

Please feel free to donate £5 to a charity on my behalf. Thanks.
