I haven't had data for 5 days new, renewed my plan as normal and not used a single mb of data because there's been no 4G connection at all with the network.
I asked support and they have just said there's an outage across the entirety of London and can't even give me an ETA on when it will be fixed or if that's the same thing causing my issue.
I just get the same copy paste response.

@Gabrield_585118 If there is a large-scale outage on Three network, I can see that Smarty will not be able to give a highly detailed response.
As it has affected you for some time, did you do a Network Status check on your postcode to see if there is a major local issue? Have you tried your sim in another phone after checking your Settings?
