In the My Settings area of the community, the email tab is not available.
i.e. this URL - https://community.smarty.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile
Only shows, Username and Personal Information, edit the URL to
https://community.smarty.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:email
and it does show.

If it’s a bug then it is still occurring.
New customer & I’ve just checked this.
