I recently switched from an unlimited plan to 100gb and it was due to go out of my bank today 15/10 yet it hasn't gone out and it says cant retrieve login details on the app and on the website it says my plan has been paused and that I've activated a new sim do I want to port my number over. I havent changed sims I've just changed plans. Can someone explain and help me as this is stressing me out. My phone still works and im still connected to the smarty network. Edit - This is now all working and no longer saying paused but it's still saying ive activated a new sim and do I want to bring my number over. I still havent activated a new sim and am still using my previous smarty sim.
