Stolen phone

My phone was stolen on holiday and my insurance are asking for proof of usage and I have sent them a copy of my usage history but they are not accepting that. Is there any other way of showing this to the insurance company?

GerardKa_578080 I don't believe that there is any other way of showing your usage.

Have you asked the insurance company what it is that they specifically require?

There is the usage history and also you can show them payment history but I don't think there is anything else.

GerardKa_578080 The usage history is here on the dashboard: https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/usage-history. In the app, it's the History button at the bottom of the screen. You can click the View buttons to see each day's respective usage.

In general, mark your phone as lost on its respective Find My platform, and you probably also want to report it to the police, which you can search for how to do.

You can request a new SIM and choose "My phone was lost or stolen" (help article here: How to replace your SMARTY SIM | SMARTY Help Centre), which will deactivate the SIM in your phone, but it can make tracking it harder, so this is up to you. SMARTY seems to have a blog about stolen phones: Stolen phone? What to do | SMARTY Blog.
