No service and told lies by smarty Rubbish!
Im sick to death of trying to tell the idiots at smarty that i have no service, and getting back lies, such as telling me I've renewed when i had, th3n no service in my area, when the smarty system ...
Another day passes - complaint made and yet no action by Smarty. To be frank I am not surprised in the slightest, I even made a follow up message again today (probably now about 15 to 20 times I have reported this matter to no avail - the best is these idiots you converse with on the chat, seem to think they are doing me a favour?? What is this all about - the customer is supposed to sup up to the provider in order to get any action?
The amount of times I have given all my details to these idiots and yet they cannot solve the problem - I have no **bleep** service as although smarty took my subscription they turned off my service.
I think it's going to be Offcom next
