I ordered two 'bonus' sims, one for my mother and one for another friend. The sim for mother was to go to her address and the other to me. Despite my account saying I had now used up my monthly allotment of postal sims no dispatch email was received. Nor were any sims. I had a one hour marathon 'chat' and it was arranged that the sims would be resent. One sim did eventually arrive (mother) but the second did not. I had another 'chat' and was told yet another sim would be sent to my address, needless to say I'm still waiting for both the sim and a dispatch email. I did try today to have another 'chat' about it but the delay and lack of comprehension from the agent, yet again, made me abandon. My mothers sim is up and running albeit with very poor connection speed (0.2 up 3.4 down in the country) and Smarty is making money but it looks like my friend will have to go elsewhere. I did get 'tracking' numbers for the sims via 'chat' but these proved to be usless as the post office does not seem to track the deliveries. Unimpressive.78Views0likes6Comments🚀 eSIM at SMARTY Just Got Bigger — Now Available for New Customers!

I’ve got a banging promotional monthly deal through one of Smarty’s affiliate and have shared my referral link to my family mainly but sad to see the deal they get is the exact advertised package . I do understand that after two billing cycles Smarty offers a £20 bonus to both myself and my family members but would be great if smarty could offer replica packages on referral rather than widely available standard package deals .. just a small suggestion.🤩57Views0likes2CommentsNumber transfer/Bonus sims

A friend has recently joined via a link i mailed to her, this was over a week ago, I had gone through joining process, provided the PUK code ( Vodaphone confirmed she was leaving them), selected tariff etc, we have heard nothing from Smarty relating to joining, No sim, nothing. how do we chase this when we can't speak to anyone? Thanks. Ian.52Views0likes1CommentNot receiving £20 refer a friend reward
I’m writing because I completed a referral under the “Refer-a-Friend” scheme, and I was expecting to receive an email from your rewards partner (Buyapowa) to claim my gift card / PayPal reward. However, I haven’t received that email yet. And it has been 3 months since we have both signed up. Can anyone help?93Views0likes0Comments
