Referral package could match my own
I’ve got a banging promotional monthly deal through one of Smarty’s affiliate and have shared my referral link to my family mainly but sad to see the deal they get is the exact advertised package . I do understand that after two billing cycles Smarty offers a £20 bonus to both myself and my family members but would be great if smarty could offer replica packages on referral rather than widely available standard package deals .. just a small suggestion.🤩

SY_4058787 The trouble is, that if you carried on signing up many people that way, Smarty would end up losing hevily on the deal as they give the referral bonus as well.
To be fair, if there is a £40 bonus, how many months would it take to match the deal that you got through the affiliate?

I understand what you’re saying . £20 for a referral both to myself and the person referred is a nice one off bonus but the reason I said is , the person I refer find the affiliate rates more appealing as they get more data and a decent chunk cut off if they plan to auto-renew monthly.while I get nothing, the person I referred then ditches the referral and uses the affiliate signup to avail more benefits. I feel Smarty may have a better referral uptake rate if the package could also be like for like so I can say. With confidence to the person that they would get a smashing deal…Therefore in-turn generating excellent revenue and customer satisfaction and retention for SMARTY too. This would surely offset any costs they might incur with any potential referral. Not sure if I explained it well but hope you can get my point. Once again,thank you 🙏🏼
