Refer a friend, not working
I recommended a friend a few months ago and he duly signed up for a smarty account and received a free gift card. I have never received my gift card. I have tried contacting support and provided my friends email address but they couldn't help and explained (poorly) that there is "no link with that address". Is the Smarty Refer a friend scheme genuine?
Short codes 79100
I have just read a post from 2/2025 saying we can use short codes one here , but in Dec last year 2025 I tried to join fabswingers as a supported yes I can't wait for the jokes 😀 and I got charges for the text but the code never worked and ended up being refunded for out of plan add on moneys, does anyone know if this has changed or its still a no.go from.smarty ?
