New Joiner
A friend has recently joined via a link i mailed to her, this was over a week ago, I had gone through joining process, provided the PUK code ( Vodaphone confirmed she was leaving them), selected tariff etc, we have heard nothing from Smarty relating to joining, No sim, nothing. how do we chase this when we can't speak to anyone?

Firstly, you contact Smarty via web chat with the Support Agents.
Secondly, do you mean a PAC code to move your number to Smarty? A PUK code is to unlock a sim that has been accidentally locked by inserting the wrong PIN too often (PIN Unlocking Key)
