Hi, I ordered a SIM recently and paid 7 pounds but I changed my address so I couldn't get the SIM. Instead, I bought a new SIM in a supermarket and joined a plan which is worth 10 pounds. How can I get 7 pounds back?Kind regards,Elvin Hajizada
