Having trouble with data can’t use satnav without Wi-Fi sways have in the pass while I’ve been abroad. I’m in Spain now & need to use satnav?

Hi,  I’m having trouble with my data? While I’m in Spain, can’t log onto my satnav without Wi-Fi I always could do when I was with Tescos when I’ve been abroad before?
