Smarty has taken that and 2 subsequent additional payments of £1 each Is this an error and will it be resolved? Any assistance appreciated. SolvedRe: Charges Query Thanks MSF. both were taken same day as the add-on so assumed it was a holding amount but why would you need that if you already took the £10? I removed all restrictions too so maybe that's it. Will wait and see.
