Tried different speed testers. Switched off and on between Sim switches. Re: Poor downloads Dual SIM phone. Was sitting having a coffee. Switched between Sims. Switched phone off and on. Took Sims out and switched them over. No difference. Three was excellent, Smarty not so much. Poor downloads My 3 sim is 5 bars and 75 download. Smarty SIM in same phone at same location is 5 bars and 2.5. Any suggestions?
