I could not make this any clearer for a child to understand time will be running low on any cooling off period but maybe that`s how they operate taking our money.
I have put a complaint in,they seem to be playing for time,i could sort this out on the phone in 5 minutes,but can`t get to speak to anyone maybe that`s the idea!
