Just rx'd this message with regards to my sons sim, he is abroad on a school trip: Just to let you know, you’ve nearly reached our 12.00GB EU fair use data limit this month. You have remaining 10.18GB Is this telling me he has 10.18gb left or less than 2gb left? If 10gb why the message? thanks in advance. Paul

I have the same issue, sim showing smarty number but not the number i transferred (which is actually working). I want the sim to show my actual number. I cannot change the sim number in any settings (samsung).

seeing the same thing, i've only just got my sim so this could be a sign i need to move elsewhere. Doesnt work on chrome, edge etc. Clearing browser doesnt work. When i can get it to a stage of asking for a code the code doesnt work. Frustrating.
