2.5 hours on the useless CHAT and still won’t apply the add on credit paid . No phone number to contact. No way to complain. Any suggestions how to deal with incredibly unprofessional outfit???

I paid for add on for my husband 6 days ago for his trip. He now cannot make calls. The credit ran out but Smarty WILL NOT apply the credit I paid for!!!

Paid Smarty £10 add on and have proof it was paid but Smarty won’t apply the credit. My husband is away and now cannot make calls.
