The plan is £20 a month. As below the service has been down for 40 days. I must have been connecting to another mast as occasionally, I got a very slow service with drop outs. But because I showed usage they wouldn't refund fully.
I've just contacted Smarty to ask for a month's refund as still no service. They gave me £3.67 and were most unhelpful. They now have a fix date of 5/3. EE customers seem to be reporting that it's fixed so all a bit confusing.
Please bear in mind this is just me reading the EE forum who seem to get more info than we do but allegedly engineers are digging over the weekend and restoring the power supply to the mast on Albion. Probably another false dawn but just thought I wo...

Yes due to the outage in Whitehaven, which was the OPs original question. I finally got through to customer service and the fix date is the 10/2 (information for the OP). I am just trying to help.
