Thanks WelshPaul ! Does this mean that devices on the Smarty network should then be free of CG-NAT issues and have an external IP? Or do you think the v6 addresses will still be behind NAT routing from the WAN side?

Bt CNAT, do you mean the CG-NAT? I.e. that a data-only plan can get an externally-visible IP address? Am looking myself for home broadband, so would need the ability to forward ports. Would be good to know if there's an option available. Thanks

Tailscale is good, I've run my own server using headscale for performing the relay. However, VPN is not always a solution; I need my services to be available to external users without that setup. I assume, is there no way in the APN settings to connect and get an IPv6 address or something like that? I'd be quite glad to ditch my DSL and go 5G with Smarty, but I think this may be a deal-breaker.
