Porting from O2 Account in my Name to Smarty account in Daughters name

I moved a couple of years from O2 to Smarty I had a Family plan in my name and still do. I ported my number to smarty which was easy. now My O2 account has 2 remaining numbers of my daughters that one of them wants to transfer to Smarty. 

is it possible to port from O2 account into a Smarty if account holder name is different?

@HaiderA_2348080 Not totally sure if I have understood correctly, but here goes....

You can get Smarty sims for each of them and start new accounts - if they are adult, they can start their own accounts. They can then order a PAC from O2 and transfer the number onto the newly activated Smarty sim.

Once that is done, if you wish you can start a group and invite them into it to get the discount.
