My plan is set to auto-renew and keeps getting paused when its renewal day falls on a weekend, obviously because British banks don't process transactions on Saturday and Sunday. Surely something can be done to overcome this issue, e.g., auto-renew the plan on the Friday, before the renewal day, when the renewal day is a Saturday or a Sunday? Having my plan repeatedly paused like this is insufferable. Am I the only one affected or are others experiencing this problem over and over?

@DerekBro_684496 I'm a little confused here. Smarty advise in their help document as follows:
All our monthly plans are paid for in advance, you can pay using the following methods:
Credit/debit card
Cash via a PayPoint retailer
PayPal
Using one of the above, I don't understand why the banks would play any part in it directly.
Are you in Spain by any chance? I noticed your other post about the payment option coming up in Spanish and wonder whether they have detected that you are not in the Uk and so moved you to the pagina web Español.
