USA add ons

Hiya,  

my SIM plan does not work in the USA.  What Add-on do I need.  When I checked it appeared you can use it for calls to the USA but I need one I can use while in the USA.  Any help much appreciated

SMARTY don't have a plan for the USA, so when I've visited the USA, I've relied on a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for the USA alongside my SMARTY SIM, @MaggieS_3433122. 

This has been cheaper than paying SMARTY approx. £100/GB, for roaming mobile data while in the USA.

@MaggieS_3433122 The pricing information you need is on p18 & 19 of the smarty Price Guide. When in the USA, you will be Roaming and the cost of a all to the UK will be 50p per minute.

You need to buy an Out of Plan add-on ( a credit) for your account to pay for Roaming outside the EU. You can buy that via your Account Dashboard. You will be restricted to a maximum of £45 when Roaming. Again, details in the Smarty Price Guide
