unpause my plan

Hi, I would like my plan to be unpaused. I don’t have a clue why it was paused. Any help would be appreciated.

@MonicaAg_941142  Do you mean that it did not auto-renew? If so, you can look on your account dashboard to ensure that the auto-renew box is ticked.
