Sim not registered on the network

    @2986raleigh Not really much information here!

    Does your account dashboard show an activated sim and active smarty plan?

    Have you tried the sim in another phone?

    Have you given it a chance after activating a new sim?

    If problem persists, web chat the Smarty support team for them to investigate your account.
