Hello, I can’t make calls to Irish republic numbers, which I thought was part of my plan (Unlimited) Can anybody adobe please? I’ve been on and changed the roaming settings as let the smarty video advises but still can’t make calls, many thanks
You should only need to change the roaming settings if you are in another country. There are a few reasons you may be having issues I recommend contacting our customer care team for account tailored advice https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm.
@CarlaSm_1000031 If you're in the UK right now, your inclusive minutes are only for calls to UK numbers. You would need to add additional credit to your account to call another country. Here are the costs for calling Ireland.
