I topped up my phone. Next day it says renew like I never did it. Yet the money left my account. I will leave this network if this happens every month. How do I get my top up or money back?

@GeePinn_3478830 A top-up is not the same as renewing your plan. You use a top-up (known as an add-on) as credit to pay for short code texts, international calls etc. When you renew, you are buying a new monthly Smarty plan.
Your money has not been lost because you can use it towards your next plan if you do not want it sitting as credit.
I suggest a read of the Smarty Price Guide and then take a look at your Account Dashboard which hopefully will show the credit you have there.
If there is any problem then you will need to web chat with Smarty Support. We are customers like you and so have no access to your account.
