Tethering Hot Spot oneplus6 to new tablet

Hi I can usually figure out anything on the OnePlus6. But, just bought a Blackview TB15 tablet and just can't get phone to tether. Help?

Without access to the SIM & Account to troubleshoot it's hard to say what could be causing these issues.

Best bet is to contact the team and allow them to do some trouble shooting and hopefully come up with some answers.
