I've had a Data Only SIM for a while tha wasn't on auto renew and subscription had lapsed.
I wanted to change to a Voice and Data plan instaed of the data only one.
I saw that in order to switch to get voice also I had to renew my subscription, so I did this.
I also set Auto-Renew to On as this came up as a requirement.
In spite of taking those steps, when I go to the Change Plan option, I'm only offered other Data Only plans.
and there's a message saying this can't be done at the moment.
I've tried to order a new SIM, thinking this might be the answer, but the system just brings me back to the Data Only pages.
Any suggestion about what I've missed in the process? Or do I have to subscribe using another email address because my current one seems locked into the Data Only piece! I really don't want two Smarty accounts under different emails because that's an unnecessary complication.
Any help much appreciated.

I believe you need to chat to Smarty support in order to switch from a data-only plan to a voice plan.

@xtab2003 As per advice from @SmartyTrousers you need to web chat with Smarty Support. They can remotely provision your sim to accept standard voice/text/data plan.

Thank you both. I'll do that. Have to confess I was getting a bit frustrated going round in circles!
