Does anyone at SMARTY offer support here? All the posts I've seen are all very old.
My question, have a smarty sim in a spare phone, ordered two new sims for other family phones. When I tried setting first up it seemed to fail at every level. Support seems non-existant. Cancelled autorenew on my back up, now want assurance that two new sims will not incur any additional costs. For me, SMARTY is no longer a consideration. Whilst email is suggested as a way of concating Smarty, following link just sets off around the houses again-no email address provided. Chat tried, message left but I notice getting an answer usually 'takes a few hours'. What sort of outfit is this?

@TimTdd_2654098 Firstly, you can email team@support.smarty.co.uk and this is written at the bottom of the โcontact usโ page.
Smarty do not directly offer support on these pages. Forum members will often try here.
If the two sims have not been set up with accounts, then there will be no charge as far as I am aware.

I don't see that e-mail address listed there anymore.

@rokejulianlockh I always do tag people in when I reply to them.
It is possible to get support via the web chat service. Initially you deal with a chat bot but should see the option to 'speak' to an agent. This is not an instantaneous reply service though.
If you have a Complaint, there is an option to be called or receive an email.

@MSF, luckily, the e-mail address still works regardless. I presume that they merely wish to discourage it.

That's my signature. Blame the forum software for not making that obvious, although I'll attempt to make it more explicit.
