Sony Xperia 10 iii

Model is listed as XQ-BT52 and preferred network type shows 5G/4G/3G/2G

The incompatible list does show a Sony Xperia 10 iii 5G

Would I be correct in thinking that my phone isn't compatible?

Thanks in advance

That does sound to be the case, unfortunately. But the litmus test has to be: have Three now turned off 3G in your area, and if so, are you still able to make and receive calls without issue?

No but the phone does say it is connected to 4G and I can still get texts but the call preference & sms preference options are greyed out

Also just checked and I can access the internet it is just calls I can't do

In which case it seems Smarty's web page was correct - your phone is not compatible with their 4G calling, unfortunately.

Hmm according to three the Xperia 10 iii IS compatible which suggests it is a smarty problem

Correct - Smarty's own web page about VoLTE compatibility states that the devices which are incompatible with Smarty should work on Three itself, and that the issue is specific to virtual networks.
