I am uncertain of your question, if you are looking for a SIM for multiple devices you would need 1 SIM for each.

You can hotspot your data but device can connect will depend on the device that is making the hotspots strength. Here are more details on hotspoting https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952828-tethering-and-mobile-hotspots

@JillWya_1870625  You can only have a number on one sim. You can move that same sim between devices if you wish (assuming they all take the same size sim).

As @Rebekah_150 says, you can set your main device (usually a phone) as a hotspot and then your other devices can use it as a form of wifi (tethering).
