Hi smarty have paused my plan and for saying to contact customer services wont let me log in through app no more they've even taken the money for my payment that was due out today anyone else has this issue

@ShaneTu_2772308 If you cannot log in via the app, then try logging in on the web page instead.

Are you saying that your phone will not work at all?

If you have no service, you will need the web chat with Smarty Support team so that they can check your account.
