Hello,
I updated my plan using Paypal, I got a message back saying that didn't work please try again. On the second attempt it was successful but when I check my Paypal the amount has been debited twice.
I can't find a way to contact smarty about this, do you think I should open a case with Paypal?

@IanHemin_777155 The way to contact Smarty is via web chat.
Firstly, check your Account Dashboard - you may see the second payment as an add-on credit. If that is so, then it would be used towarsyour next Smarty plan. If you want a refund, you will need the web chat route.
