Why are you offering 80GB for £8 a month when I have to pay more for 40GB ! Yet I have had an account for years!
also the add on I bought recently never worked in Singapore and I was forced to make alternative arrangements
my wife also has a smarty account
Looks like regular loyal customers treated worse than new ones.

A) To attract new customers.
Q) Why can't an existing customer have that offer?
A) You can - just chat to Smarty support and they'll put you on it.
Q) Why didn't they put me on it automatically?
A) Because you were happily paying them more than that, and like every other business, they exist to make a profit.
