This seems to be occurring since the merger with Vodaphone. We use Smarty + 5g router for our home internet, and it was rock solid up until a month or two ago.
Now, every 10-20 minutes, the data connection drops for 10-30 seconds, making WhatsApp video calls, Teams meetings, etc incredibly frustrating.
The network status has shown "we're fixing some issues in your area" for over a month (SA19 7LW).
Any idea when (if?) this issue will be fixed?

@DrToller As we are customers like you, we don't get that information.
You may get something more if you web chat with Smarty Support - but probably best not to hold your breath!
