Hi is smarty got serious account problems when you port in a number the port completes but dashboard shows account is closed sim half working no help from smarty just **bleep** excuses

I have contacted admin team on chat every day for 4 weeks same **bleep*** answer the team is working on for 4 weeks!!!!!! no news or update what is wrong sim half working cant make calls to some numbers
