I bought a smarty sim to put in my child's phone. I topped it up and then my child just used wifi so didn't need to top up again. Iv missed emails to say smarty would close the account. Now the sim doesn't work at all (incoming calls dont connect) is this because my accounts closed or a faulty sim? Iv never known a sim to not work due to not topping up

@Oliver1861152 If you did not buy plan or top up for 220 days, then the card would have been deactivated and the number recycled. It is all in the T&C's.
