Hi, I placed an order last Sunday 27th. I received an email on the 29th to say it should be here any day but have still not received it. 
Please can this be chased up as my new phone has arrived and I’m trading mine in so need to send back ASAP once I have changed SIM.

@Melissa_3018676  We unfortunately cannot help you because we are forum members just like you - we do not work for Smarty.

Try a web chat with Smarty Support Team to see what they can do. I'm sure it's no comfort, but there seem to be a lot of reports of people not receiving sim's in the post - a symptom of Royal Mail problems?
