Sim in NVR

Hi, I have set up a sim in a 4G TP wireless router. It works great on WiFi and hard wired  to my laptop but shows online to my NVR but not showing images. Signal is good. I'm sure it is to do with settings. Anyone able to help. Thanks

Rebooted NVR and Router and all ok
