I have been sent a SIM card to give to a friend. I have given it to my husband and he set up an account for the sim. When he chose the plan the app wants to send out another sim card which is a waste and he doesn’t want. Can I stop the other SIM card being sent out? Many thanks.

When setting up the bonus SIM, you need to ensure you select the option that says 'I already have a SIM' and then enter the SIM ICCID number.
If you did not do this, a new SIM would of been sent rather than activating the SIM you already have.
You can contact our customer support team if you wish to cancel the order but you will need to go through the sign-up process again to activate the one you already have!
