Sim card issue

Hi

Join Smarty this evening. Set up an account found the package I wanted. 

Already purchased a sim and loaded it but says new sim not sent out yet.

I already have a sim

This is the Smarty community forum, we are fellow customers, we don’t work for Smarty. 

It looks very much like you bought a SIM card in a shop AND then, when you set up an account, you picked out a plan online, paid for it and so Smarty will send you a SIM card via Royal Mail, which will take 1 or 2 business days to arrive.

It’s the SIM that Smarty are sending you that you need to use, unfortunately, so patience is a virtue in this case, till Thursday is my guess.

Easy in hindsight, but you just needed to pop the shop bought sim in your phone, activated it on the smarty website, and then you would have promoted to pick a plan, set up an account etc.
