I added a new plan to my group and whilst the new SIM will be sent out to me, I wondered if I could use a SIM I already had been sent (new, unused, still in it's envelope)?
In the SMARTY dashboard, it says it's waiting for a number, so I guess I cannot do anything right now anyway.
But I could save time waiting for the new SIM to arrive, if I can reuse the new SIM I already have.
Any thoughts?

First, you'll need to set the SIM in hand up before adding it to a group.
It seems like the SIM you ordered online has been set up through the group plan, so when it arrives, it should already be part of the group.
To keep things clear, it might be a good idea to wait for the SIM you ordered online to arrive.
All SIMS are sent via first-class post, so expected to arrive within 1-3 business days. 🙌
