Hi all, I've got a data only SIM in a security camera which until 2 days ago has worked perfectly, now it is showing no signal, I've tried the obvious re booting the camera and adjusting antennas but no joy, I've also tried to find out if there is an issue with the network but the smarty site will not me, it lets me put the postcode in then goes no further, does anyone have any suggestions as trying to contact smarty directly seems to be impossible.

@LauraHo_3335162 I have just attempted to do a Network Status check for my home postcode and can confirm that it does not seem to be working at the moment.
Maybe give it a few hours to see if you can check then?
How about taking out the sim and trying it in a phone - for the data naturally?
